I like your explanation. The lighting in your picture emphasizes the stairs well. The composition not showing what is really at the btop of the stairs is effective.

Hi Sherif,
This place really looks narrow with the framing on the left and the right. great color and geometry for the stairs itself. Mild pity that the part on the left is a bit blown out.

Thank you very much Waleed .The title you metioned is greatand .I left the grean colours because it reflect the hopes of those climping the stairs .I live in Manial/Cairo and this photo was taken in a small poor village during trip to dayoum .

Maybe u should call it the stairway 2 heaven ..
i like the way the stairs lead 2 the sky and trees , beautiful shot ,, but there is a green color cast all over the image???
