All you need is a gray and wet day....lol
I am using as high f-stop as possible and that is enough to get the soft water.

This is the type of shots I want to learn to take. The composition is dead on, and the technical aspects were perfect. I continue to look at this shot, it soothes the soul. Do you remember the shutter speed and aperture you used?
