Yestrday, today and tomorrow, an outstanding idea excellently executed as only you can, dear Judi.
Thank you for your very kind comments on my "Figures 7, 8 and 9."
It's hard to say which filters I use. I maily use extruding and glowing edges, but I use any filter, see if I like the result and if not, I go back to the previous one until the result pleases me. I hope it pleases you too.

Great picture and thought, but for me it's: TODAY is de first day of the rest of your life, why wait untill tomorrow (tomorrow, I love yah, tomorrow, it can be a day too late....). BTW Where you're at it's almost tomorrow, for me it's just past midday.... ;-D!!! Now about the shot: wonderful as ever.... great colors, silhouette, composition... well done!!! Great feeling of space... something that I kind of envy you for... it's pretty 'build up' around here, so that's why I stick to (mostly) macro...(my own little 'universe???').... ;D!!!

the blues the violet the excellent placement of the tree but it just doesn?t have that edge that other image did! Your fault judi you just posted the best sunset image and no other image will ever be able to be compare to it

Waaooww, this is excellent. I really really like the little poem, i will remember it! The poem really fits the picture, briljant sunset, start of the night start of the new day! The blue colours in the sky are excellent and the colours of the sundown match really well. I mostly like the tree, it gives you something to look at, at a wonderfull position in the picture, great flat black horizon.. Excellent job!
