Very powerful image, due to great thought on composition and element placement.
It looks a bit too dark on the dead animal, but I guess you wanted to impart a dark look throughout the image. I think I may have preferred more detail in the foreground, but this is a matter of personal taste, and you are the image creator. The resulting effect, I repeat, is very powerful.

Wow I think that's a gift to be able to smell things from seeing images, because that's one thing that an image cannot deliver! I know showing the bird this way was too much, and I can imagine the scent that you felt. Thanks Antonia for the great comment!

Fadel, you know Im going to be giving you a hard time about this one right? You know how I felt about the "robot" shot with the dead bird... On a technical note, I like the angle - feels very curious to me. The tones are perfect and moody. But the bird...

The angle of the land, power lines/structures and clouds makes a statement about the emotion that goes with this image and your title. My stomach feels like it. Strange...images cause me to smell things sometimes -- I see something and something in my brain triggers a scent. I know I'm wierd, but it's true. I don't want to tell you the scent this evoked. Hi Fadel,
I'm glad to see you have a sense of humour. :) You never know how people will take a light hearted comment about a serious piece of work. I'm glad you responded back like-wise. I figure it's great to create some doom and gloom type images occasionally, but we should never fall into the trap of taking ourselves too seriously. Andre

Very effective in BW to help make statement of uneasy relationship of man and nature. This perspective and slant to picture and high contrast in foreground which fades towards background all work together to create strong image.

Couldn't be so effective if it was in colors. Everything is perfect: a perfect POV, the use of 10-22mm lenses, the dramatic sky.. the opposition nature/human, shown by power tower.. A masterpiece!! Cheers! Carmem

Hi Fadel, Excellent shot! Now tell everyone the truth. You bought that duck in the butcher store and set him up right under the towers didn't you? ;) Sorry... couldn't resist. I saw a photo once of a pile of dead birds at the foot of a glass sided sky scraper. It seems this is quite a common dilema. Andre

Fadel the whole image is very dramatic and sad
starting from the edgy black and white tones to the tense title!
The tilt conveys emotion, this image resembles the first look of this horrible reality, unsteady focused and sad
Theres no doubt how it died...the way that the cause of death is fading into blurriness implies that it wont be stopped A favorite
