Frankly I think she was too tired and just ignoring (pretending) that an annoying iritating pretending to take picture of the mountains photographer taking picture of her :))

I suppose she is pretending she's unaware of the crowd of people noticing her. Or maybe she's a paid model, hired to entertain the tourists. In any case, it makes a prizewinning picture.
