Different and unusual self shot, with the overexpose/burning mood. well , good experiment. Mari!

I know you before I see you... :-) and I definetely perceive your work with my heart. there is a dynamism in your frame here; someone could argue that it cuts more than it should; I would say that this is a fresh look at a self portrait; they are so difficult to do because in a way it is weird to present ourselves to others through a re-presentation. I like your personal "crop". it brings forth the eye. the same eye that you look through your camera or close to assist the other one to focus. compositionally it stands balanced; I would like to see it in b&w as well without the orange-sepia gradation. it also creates another image; I am seeing you with your camera holding it towards your face, seeing your mirroring on the lens and clicking a click... you have an eye to tell many stories mary... please do :-)
