first.. let me say that I always like seeing the eiffel tower :) I agree with everyone else, the tilt of the image and the object in the forground. The only other thing else that I see is that the top of the image is a bit washed out which can distract from the overall composition. This tends to happen on those hazy days which can make it hard to judge the lighting...

A great shot, but it is a little tilted on the horizon (if you have Photoshop, there is a very easy way to check this with a "measure tool" where you click and drag along the horizon or vertical line and then click on 'rotate canvas' then select 'arbitrary'). I also agree with the cropping - the statue was too heavy for the picture and distracts the eye from the focal. I applied a multiply layer and took down the opacity for a little more contrast. See my example below...

Dropping shadows are good. About the composition I don't like the objects on the bottom-right. They seems an accidental presence: they take away from the real subject of the photo (I guess Eiffell tower)

Wow, Beau travail Manuel, J'aime bien la composition, mais j'avourais que sur un coucher de soleil se serai incroyable avec tout les couleurs qui serai ajoutées. Continue c'est super
Bravo Dom

I like all of the detail in your picture, the only thing that cathces my eye is that the tower looks like it's tilting a little to the left. But other than that it's great.
