I don't know which I'd prefer to have in the neighborhood - garbage incineration or power plant. (Both are necessary evils ...)

I thought it was a power plant, too. No such luck! It's a garbage incineration plant. You'd recognize it with the wind blowing in the wrong direction! Thanks for dropping by!
