Dutch or English?? (dutch is easyer explaining:P) But as for the photo, the composition is wonderfull, no doubt, but i can't see the part what you where trying to photograph.?? Did you wanted to get a sharp picture of the water? Becose the foreground, (the plumes) are unsharp (logic) But the other interesting part of the picture (the background, the house with the smoke, is also unsharp) So i think you where trying to get a sharp immage of the reflection, what you did great! I like the soft sky, and the smoke from the house is a nice detail, but i don't really like the plumes, they distract my attention to whats the point, the reflection. But maybe that is just my interpetation! Overall still a really nice picture, so no hard feelings!
