Great capture, the color is fabulous!
About your question - if you have probably any version of photoshop, you can use the magnetic lasso tool to select a portion of your photo. If thats the part you want in black and white then you just go under enhancements to color and then hue/sat to desaturate. If it's the other part of the photo, then choose select inverse and then do as I mentioned above. Hope this helps.
