Photo taken during a youth football cup final match in 2004. I have played around with the colours to try and give a more dramatic effect by bringing out the players a little more (basically edited out the green grass). Comments good or bad appreciated on the photo as I'm still learning editing techniques - thanks for looking - Jeff :)
Besides the ?lone surfer? the absence of people in your portfolio is noticeable. For that alone the shot stands out ;-). But the spectacular goalie in the 'Great save', the lads in movement in the foreground and mid field, the referee and the frozen players in the back, all create emotion and intensity at play - a good action picture Jeff!

I don't know if you meant it but it has a feel of a b&w photo which has been tinted with colour, the old fasioned look. The players certainly do stand out though, and definitely a good action shot. David
