Answer. I wanted to capture floating buoy in the foreground (bottom-right corner) in order to make forground more interesting. Rules doesn't have to be followed all the time. regards.

great shot... just curious.. why did you keep horizon in the middle of frame? I saw other pics and you did stick with composition rules...
