I shot the owls at a hawk conservancy centre in Bossington, on the edge of Exmoor, Den. So I guess you'd say he was 'in captivity' ~ though when I took this shot he wasn't in a cage and was free to fly away!! Thanks for the comment. Chris

Amazing detail and capture. It's hard enough to find an owl, much less picture them this well with no camera shake or blur. I like him much much better than the other fella with yellow eyes who didn't look as friendly.
