thanks for your comment... it was a white studio, a place called the Dairy (something like that) and the lighting belong to a bafta award winner cinematographer... I just happened to be a camera assistant and took a few shots!

This is a FANTASTIC image. A great example that equipment is secondary to observation and compostion. I think the "mist" effect you talk about adds another dimesion to the image. In the "foggy" area it's almost like she's behind a thin gauze screen to the shrper parts. The posistion of the dancers is surreal. It has the feeling of a dream.
