James guessed it correctly..it is a reflection of something but I can't remember what..probably a plastic plate or something

Good work here. The fast shutter has frozen the water in some really interesting shapes and texture, it almost looks like glass. What is the red? It looks like tiny red beads are trapped in the water but I imagine it is the reflection of something nearby.
