This seems to use a symbolism that the viewer is not made privy to. The blank white floor, the harsh lighting, the jumble of artifacts in the background all contribute to a dreamlike, or possibly a nightmare state. Also, the labeling seems to give information yet leaves the viewer with more questions than answers. All in all this is a perplexing work, the kind of image one could spend hours viewing without gaining much insight into its meaning, if indeed it has a meaning. Congratulations on setting up a tremendous tension. Perhaps a little dissertation on the work would provide some release!
