Glad you liked my millpond photo, Ray. I certainly like this macro! I've been suffering from "macro envy" for some time (you can't do macros with my usual rangefinders--nor with Speed Graphics as far as I know). Now I've got an SLR and have ordered SH bellows via E-bay and maybe I'll be able to take closeup beauties like this! I'll certainly be trying...
Den, Thanks for the comment, the light was what they call open shade, I guess, the shot was done against the outside of a north facing wall, which is never in the sun, and which had very even, nondirectional, low contrast light. Reguards, Ray W.

What a fabulous macro Ray. Lighting is spot on! What light source did you use? Den
Good detail and colour. well presented layourt. For my eye I would perhaps cropp a bit off the frame left, pushing the plant to the frame edge. Just a thought. well captured
