About Godwin Perera from Dippitiya in Sri Lanka... He is married to my father's first cousin. I remember in his younger days out of principle he joined a strike and was out of work and wages for 1 year and he yet stood for his principles. This was in 1970s.. He lives in retirement in a rural village now.
