Nice crisp detail and tonal range, and as aforementioned the reflection really gives this shot that little extra to put it above the rest. Highly cool. Maybe clone-stamp out that little bright point in your right eyebrow, just to make it perfect. It's a little bit of a distraction there, but a very minor and easily correctable one.
