Hello Cary. I wish to thank you for your comment. I took the liberty to view your portfolio, since your name was new to me. You have a good artistic approach and style. Your photo of the old C220 brings back old memories. The Mamiya C220 is a good choice for photographers wishing to enter the world of quality medium-format photography, without breaking there budget.. Good job on this one.
Regards,
Tom

Hello Gayle. thanks for the compliment! Ya that old twin lens is really a great camera, a 2 1/4 square negative, with 120 or 220 roll film. Takes super portraits. I actually used it last night to shoot an orchid and Easter Lily with Ectachrome slide film, can't wait to see the result. Slides from this are just awesome. The drwaback to film is not being able to have immediate results and hoping the exposure is good, we will see! Cary

A great old camera. Just saw some of them in a camera shop here in Phoenix just this week. Great lighting. Don.
