Hi Bradly, in all fairness, the similarity in perspective and angles shouldn't be too surprising, as there are only a few limited angles you can get through the windows of a boeing. This, of course depends on which seat you're allocated. Still, I find this very intriguing...
Cheers,
Hugo

OK.....I'm officially freaked out right now.
If I were to dig up the rest of the shots that were taken this day, well....let's just say that the similarities not only in subject matter, but more uncannily, the style and perspective...are almost identical. In my short "photography" life.. I've never encountered a situation quite this strange. I'll try to send some of those shots to you, just for kicks. I think you will be equally amused...
Thanks for your communications, Hugo!
Bye the way....your photo is awesome! Love the way you framed the wing and engine with the window....terrific work!

Hi Bradley, This is a fantastic angle, pronounciating the shapes of the engine by the low angle of the light.
On a more personal note, these are the seats I hate, as they're very noisy, but at least they allow you to kill some time to take a few shots outside...:) Excellent shot.
If you're interested, take a look at the one that didn't fit in:

Hah! Most people will do anything to avoid including an engine or a wing in their aerial shots - once again you've walked in the opposite direction and made it your subject. I do like the imagination and slight rebellious streak in your work, Brad. Good stuff!

Superb satin and metallic colour and texture Brad. That splurge of light gives that 'high in the sky just breaking through the clouds and entering a new day' effect. Love the title which is in direct contrast of your photographic skills and vision.

Fantastic image, from the title and thumbnail I was completely puzzled. A really unique abstract and shooting angle (obviously limited by your seat). The sun catching it adds to the mystery even more, an unusual picture that I could look at for a long time. Great work.
