i would crop almost one inch from the lower part, just enough to simplify the image and to draw attention to the main subject of the photo -the cross. i like the sky.

Very strong image! Amazing!
I like the view angle from bottom up which makes the cross the central part of the composition enhanced by the background clouds.
The high level of contrast works perfect to move the perception to subconcious realm.
I'm thinking about the fence. Technically it seems to be a distraction to the overall composition, but also one may see some meaning - "surrounded cross" or "isolated cross", or something to that extent.
By all means this is a very remarkable composition with excellent implementation.
