I am also a computer tech engineer and i like taking good photographs! In the future I hope I'll buy a better camera (EOS 10D/20D) and make better pictures! In this moment I cannot ask for more from my camera :)

seeing this bird remind me of 2 things:1 if u have it flaunt it.this bird seems to be so proud of herself thus exposing her beauty entirely :) and 2 the eagle dance that i saw in a special ocassion in my province quite interesting as it was the guys who performed the dance.

Hi marcus.. you will not believe to us, but I saturday was in mountain to 2,000 mt. and above to my head I have felt a great light noise of slide. was she it great real eagle! I do not know how much I am large yours, but that one was last to 20 meters from my head, has been big.. 4 mt for wing span! only I have not been able to take the photo. I still did not have the camera in hand! it is a sin, but then I watch yours, superb.. perhaps he has the look towards of you, you were its prey?!?!!

No, I was hiking and found where this bird nests, and he really didnt like me being there, and did two fly by's, this was the closest of the two. see my comment on your heron shot, maybe you can crop that wing on :)

it is very hard to shoot such images without vibration eventhough the lens is available since these birds fly too high usually..in this regard, you made a good work here Marcus..and the bird certainly knows you are there and interested on it.. :) cheers.
