hi jeff.... for photos with lots of water/sky, it's sometimes good to run them through neat image (available free on the web) to reduce noise. a good program and easy to use.
the shot is simple and effective, with nice colours. but a bit too grainy in this version. also (and i have this problem all the time with ocean shots) the horizon should be adjusted slightly clockwise to straighten it out.

Ohh Jeff... the original one is beautiful the way it is. Might be just a bit of contrast and a slight crop but that's rally beautiful. Here my suggestion (look below).

I think you boost saturation a bit too much for my taste. I would desaturate. It is a bit blurried as well.
