I don't know too much about the "technical" stuff that John mentioned, but for me this has a very retro feel to it with her haircut and sweater. Reminds me of some sort of shot from the '60s. Very nice B&W portrait! I love the simplicity and edginess of your portraits.

Anna - this portrait caught my eye even as a thumbnail. I like the tension here. Aneta is leaning, fighting the lines of the building behind her. Yet her head and face come to balance with building and not her body. The stark balck and white adds to the conflict. Nicely done. I looked at your portfolio and this is style you have mastered. You might wish to try something different someday. - John B
