We do tend to ride along the same wave lengths, don't we! That's so cool!

thanks Trish, I think I lean toward the colour too. Doesn't he just have the most gorgeous olive toned skin....not like my fair, ruddy, freckled complexion, he got his Dad's skin!!

ta Dottie! He has what we call the dummy tripod - a dummy in his mouth and one in each hand. He twirls the rubber part in his fingers to sooth himself to sleep! Very sweet.

Hmm, I like the skin tones in the color, and the softness really goes with this image IMHO. But I think I prefer the b&w and the sc. He's so darn cute! Reminds me of a shot I have of Cami about two days before her paci disappeared! I'll attach it.

adorable. I like the selective coloring but I seem to go towards your color version. the colors are very soft and the skin tones are amazing.

thanks Latif - oops 1/30th sec lol!!! He'd need to be very still kid for 30 secs ;-) I had to use ISO 1600 to shoot with available light. I didn't want to use flash in this situation as my hotshoe flash was in the other room. If I got it to bounce the flash then I wouldn't have got this at all. I don't like noise - grain: love it but noise nope!!

Warm and soft! I like both versions, the B&W is stronger, but I also love the warm color on the color version. The tight framing and DOF is very effective here. Excelent work.
It is also good to see that there is something else than Canon and Nikon.
... man the longer I look at this photo the better I like it. Just wonderful.

bw version in my opinion is better, too much of noise reduction, maybe not too much but definatly iso too high

B/W is much better... shutter speed 30 second?.. is it correct? and why iso 1600 too much ... that's why you have noise...
Good shot...
Well done
Happy 2005
