About	Shot with my Tamaron 100-400, this is the full (uncropped) shot of my previous posts with the birds. I was set at infinity and as you can see there is very little good clarity past the bird. The shot also has a lot of grain. Not my favorite lens but I believe this looks OK. Shutter Speed 1/45 sec. Focal length 390 mm.

Thanks Corrie, yes I used a tripod, It's still a shakey shot with that lens extended all the way out, even when locking the mirror up.

Its so hard to shoot at that distance without getting any grain. You did well though. Did you use a tripod? This image reminds me of a vintage painting...something between 1915 and 1930...i think its the colors. Fantastic capture.
