Bela garota... porém... concordo com Gerhard... tem realmente uma linha estranha ao redor do nariz dela e evitar o flash é sempre bom... Eu também fico imaginando como seria ela sem PS... Acho que não era necessario usar o PS..

Quite a beautyful lady. The photo is ok, composition and such.. only.. It seems you've been working on the photo. There's a weird line around her nose and it seems you have softened her face. Your photoshop skills need work as I'm quite sure it's not a G3 problem..;)
As for the shadow behind her head, maybe a little further from the wall would help. Personally I try to avoid the flash when possible.
