Great balance and composition. The colour and

Don't know if I should give my secret away here. I put a black sheet over an exercise ball, set the self timer, ran like mad to the ball, drapped my self over it trying like crazy to balance, and not move so the dern thing wouldn't be blurry.... etc lol If I had a video cam set up I might have had a winner for America's Funniest Videos.
