very nice shot, nice perspective, It is a tad OOF, what ned said about shutter speed is correct, except he means try to keep you shutter speed double that of the lens, not the camera, so If shooting at 200mm, shot at atleast 400 shutter speed. keep up the good work....
nice shot! however, it could be sharper. Make sure you use high shutter speeds enough to prevent/minimise camera shake, and don't forget to get the right focus before you release the shutter. Aim the eye.
As a rule of thumb, don't use shutter speed less than the focal length of the camera.
