Thanks for the suggestion Ivan! I will take a closer look at that project when I get a chance for inspiration. I actually have asked for king size white sheets for Christmas, for just that purpose! I'm hoping I made Santa's nice list!!

By the way, one of the other photos in this set I used a lighting effect on to "enhance" the ugly background. Would you look at it and share your thoughts? Does it look any better with that treatment? It's the one of the whole family. I appreciate it!

(I saw that about Bin Laden, I thought maybe that's what prompted the comparison! It really cracked me up!)

Dear Dale... why dont you go a la Avedon and use a plain white sheet as background?
Have a look at the Avedon project.. maybe you will find some good ideas there...

By the way.. Bin Laden came out with another message today ... :-)

Nice smiles but that must be the ugliest grey background I have ever seen...
It actually reminds me of the cave from where Bin Laden used to speak!!
