Very nice, excellent control of DOF.
Excellent picture.
You?ve a D70.Fine. But a zoom 100-300 looks, to me too much in the tele side.I would rather hve the 70-300, with a much broader utility.If you have the more common 18-70, you?ll hsave lens from 18 up to 300.

Very nice composition. The shriveled pod is a fine contrast to the other fuller ones. A greater depth of field to include all (or most) of the pods would have made a stronger statement, I think, but that would likely have required a tripod with such a long lens. Almost always, there is a compromise, and this one works very well.
