thanks for commenting on these pictures. It helps me a lot to get this feedback... it was not until my start with usefilm when I take photography as a serious hobby. So you and the other guys are directly responsible for these pictures I present on UF =)

Hi Thilo,ich war eigentlich sicher,dass ich schon ein comment zu diesem Foto geschrieben habe,weiss sogar noch was:)..nämlich ,dass es mich an irgedwelche Bäume erinnert...:)Komisch,hat nicht funktioniert.

Thilo = BIPs :) excellent image.. i love the moody feel to it.. people tell me that they are bummed because it is a bad weather day for photos.. I tell them that every day can be good for taking photos.. not just sunny days! And this photo is proof of that.. great work...and congrats on the BIP

very nice, simple and effective capture,
mood is great, as a suggestion, moving the tree from the vertical center to the lower edge of the frame might increase the effect,, and also your work "smoke" might also be a good nominee for your best picture of 2004

...a ddiffernet image post from your usual - it does create the mood of the days here also - dark when I go to work - dark when I come home and in between clouds and rain or mist - very vicely done - limited contrast and tonal range works here - K
