Del, this was taken in Chestertown, MD., on the eastern shore.
There 5 or 6 tall ships, including the Pride of Baltimore, in town that day.
This lady was there to see the ships.
He costume, was not a costume at all, just her every day clothes.
But, her outfit, pleasent smile, and personality made her a most interesting subject.
