I love te strength of the colours in this one Chris, it's an uncharachteristicly happy shot for you though, stop it you're frightening me!
Actually, I showed it to a colleague today at work and she instantly fell in love with it and declared that she wanted a copy of it framed on her living room wall. I guess that speaks for itself.

I can assure you i am not bored of taking pictures. This last week or so i have been sat in a daze watching the news. The catastrophe that has overwhelmed South East Asia is too incredible for words.
Apart from giving money to help the causes i have felt pretty helpless. I quickly put together www.waveaid.net and www.didyousurvive.com in the hope more will give money and that enough assistance gets to those that need it so very much.
I find it hard to grasp that so many of the people in my photos are now dead..
Thankyou for looking. I hope they are remembered.

I just re-read my comment of ?? in Motion? as well as all other visitors comments, and people are genuinely in awe of that picture... a top picture, anywhere.
No uploads for over a month ? last upload from Sri Lanka in November, ?Passengers?, which by the way is very good too?
the happy little girls and the despondent boy? , the yellow flower?. The beautiful copper/crimson of the train...
all that and more create in a strange away a heart wrenching amazing atmosphere.
Your vision in picture taking is quite different, quite unique and varied. I like it very much. I like the work
