I like this. The tree is a bit of a distraction but as it's not directly in the centre it creates a sort of frame. Perhaps if you can crop the picture by putting the tree more in the top corner and show more of the water that may be better. Unless of course you want the tree to be the centre of attention.
The water is very smooth and glass-like and thus ideal for such reflections. I've seen too many pics where the water is rough and poor for reflections, so it's nice to see yours.
Keep up the great work!
