about: being as one with your surroundings .. like as with a dance partner - you know where the lead dancer is going before they go - my eyes and camera follow the lead of elements all around me - as time goes on it's natural. rarely i look through my viewfinder anymore .. like thowing a ball into a hoop froma distance and it just goes in, i know where the frame is .. you just know .. that's what the emotional series is mostly about - being so in touch with all asround you as one with it - emotionaly involved with it all - that's what most of my images are about...
great shot, john. To me it looks as though she is levetating, beginning to float up & out of the world you're wandering through. I love that you trust yourself enough to just shoot - to not think so much or scrutinize what you see in the viewfinder - just have the courage to walk with camera in hand & simply click when you know the moment is right. Hmmm...that's very inspiring, actually....& although i'm still in the process of getting to know my new camera, i must give that a try sometime - just to experience the freedom of simply letting go & trusting. Wow...you continue to amaze me!...thank you. :O)
