Panelling effect of the whole thing is making me think. Must look for this myself. It's at the top obviously but also carries on in the bottom half sort of. The light seems to belong on one flat area at the back while depth is given by the crosses which leave the light behind and block it out on the way out.
I think it's a good stark, sympathetic, tribute.
