About OK. AGain, I've lost what little sense I ever had. I'm bored. This is actually Joshua, but the movie Forest Gump keeps running through my mind as I post this lol.. Radial blur applied in PS and selective coloring.

Excelente captura nesta foto, onde o menino se destaca e o cenário se destaca nos desfoco.

I really like if effects are used in situations that ask for it, where it works. And I hate it if people use effects just for the sake of it. I think here it works just perfectly. It is an amazing how much dynamic you can get through this and how well it works with the boy running away. I also like the way you worked with the colors. That is something I actually see in many of your photos. You are using colors carefully not going for the most bold, saturated look. I like the "reduced", gentle use of colors.

I agree with Hugo about the dynamism in this shot.. fantastic! The motion thats going on also is so nice and well done.. i like this image alot! We should have a theme called " Motion ".. and if we had i would vote this image as the first BIP shot! =)))

Cheers

Ah I like this, reminds me of my grand sons tv shows, the young boy racing into the unknown. Maybe something from Harry Potter. Del.

Excellent use of the radial blur effect, Rebecca! It really gives an added sense of speed to an already dynamic scene. I like the selective coloration, too - nicely done!

This is really a cool image Rebecca! The radial blur makes this boy really running fast, and you can almost feel running behind him. Awesome work!

I just love this photo! The effect you achieved is perfect! After I saw this yesterday, I had to go play around a bit with the radial blur and selective coloring, which I'd never even tried before, to see what they did! I didn't come up with anything, just fooling around. This is so perfect! To favorites! Great title too!

Hi Rebecca, I like the reference to Forest Gump. No wonder you associate this with that movie; it's one of my favourite parts.

The dynamism in this photo is fantastic, it expresses the speed and the anxiety perfectly. Very good postprocessing, even the partially desatruation works very well. Very powerful shot.

Yo've lost what little sense you had? Hard to believe by looking at this image!

Cheers,

Hugo

Wonderful work Rebecca, I really have the feeling that he is running so fast he ever can - from something/ for something. I like this desaturated colours and movement (movement done in PS, right?).

Yeah I see where you got the title from Rebecca. I just watched the movie for the second t8ime the other night. Excellent motion with the radial blur. Neat how the colour is central and fades to muted shades of B/W. I love what you create when you are bored.
