Yes, you can use some white card :) Just get a big sheet of it from your paper shop. You can also use a car window protector - those ones that save your steering wheel and seats getting too hot from the sun. Or cover a piece of card with some alfoil.

Thanks Amanda I was thinking about that when I saw the picture. I don't have any professional equipment but I read somewhere I can use a plain white piece of card board do you have any other suggestions of things I could use. Your portfolio is wonderful Thanks for taking the time to make a comment.

Hehe, what a cutie.
I may suggest you use a reflector to bounce a little light back up into his face and really bring out those details :)
