This is a very beautiful place to go for photos. However,most phtographers find it just too difficult to get to , especially in the winter months. A while back, when I was younger and had a strong heart, I ventured in about 20 Degree weather with a very simple camera, two lens, Kodachrome film and lightweight tripod, to try for a late winter's day shot of this secluded area of the river. The results were frozen hands and some good shots (so I have been told). It is interesting to know, that even today , years after this image, that this river is still very difficult to hike to almost at any part.
