aha! ...just what I thought! coz I was thinking that 3200 actually have that kind of feature! Ive been checkin on that camera for a week now and found nothing such as that feature! lol!

I use Paint Shop Pro. Simply I create a duplicate of the image, then make it in B/W.
I copy the colored version over the B/W and so i have the result.
