It's easy to comment on others work how you think it should be, so I did it myself. It's merely my vision and I hope your not offended by my "example". Grtz, Alain

I'd like a ride with these 3 lovely ladies ;) But seriously now, what I like less here is the sky and the grass in front; just cut it away! Or cut it from the frontbumper so you don't even have to blur the license-plate. And the girl in the middle is too dark, you know the hair and sweater...they're practicaly uniform black. Still like this image altough. Grtz, Alain

I am not convinced the problem lies with the models' facial expressions. There is a more fundamental question, the answer to which I am unsure of: what is your subject in this photograph? The models, or the car?

Hi Bjorn. I agree with other comments. The ladies don't look happy at having their pic taken. I know what you mean about the car though. In Uk, I would say 95 out of 100 Cabriolet cars are driven by females so your titled is very good. Den

Don't know about anyone else, but the blurred-out license plate just creeps me OUT!
No, seriously though, the thing that jumps out at me is the model far right seems to downright scowling.

It's a neat idea but I think why it doesn't "pop" for me is that the models don't look happy or relaxed at all. 3 ladies and a convertible, generally caused a lot of fun where I come from. Perhaps a lighter mood, or facial expressions would help.
