I dived into your portfolio after "Sunday" was picked for SC and made it back to the top page again. I finally arrived here. You have a real gift for capturing people's expressions and showing them in their natural setting. My only suggestion here would be that you use portrait mode. That way you could get the feet in, too while still getting in enough of the background to establish that it was taken in the workplace. But I envy you your gift for putting people at their ease and encouraging them to look natural. Is it your hairstyle that does it (the one in the photo of you)? I imagine it might be an ice breaker.
Nice clean, crisp image, which you have composed well. Your DOF choice, allows us to see more of Matts' "office", and it definately makes the image look more editorial. Well done, Mr. Kent!
