Thanks for the kind words... The photo was a bit over exposed, but I played with the curves to give it a little more pop. I'm glad you appreciate it. I have appointments to shot Kevin and the crew again today... so there should be more to come.
I could write about this for a long time, but I don't think I'd stop. It is so rare to see a shot like this in monochrome, and I think you have acheieved your intentions well. The slight movement in the subject only adds to the focal point, which I really like. Ant the white shirt, I don't know whather that's been photoshopped or whether you have just overexposed it - either way I think that is what sets the image apart.
