This is great, I visited the Smithsonian [ not the air and space annex] - and this pic has made me feel old - as it was nearly 40 years ago - oh my.

I cut off the Eagle's foot, I should have seen that.
I'm not up on the structure of aircraft to follow your cockpit size/plane size tho, its probaly true tho.

Had great time here with my new Sony F828.

Exposure and color are great on this shot, Larry. You represented this plane very well.

Agree about the wheel. One good thing about shots like this-you could go back and take it again.

Very interesting looking plane. I can't get over how small the cockpit is. This baby must be huge for a single seater.
