That is fantastic Michael, thanks for taking time
out to do that, I only have Elements 2, I will
try to see if I can find the color balance feature
and see if I can get anywhere near what you have
brilliantly achieved.

Pretty neat - you can see how much yellow man made lights add to a photograph. I noticed the low shutter speed, which always makes ocean water fog up into a misty looking mass. Really neat.
I only think the color balance could use some work. I saved off your photo and tried to remove a lot of the yellow. Take a look.
