Making a work of art out of commenplace objects is the essence of Art. I'm sure this has been said before me, nevertheless I repeat it here for your "Bottlebrush" created out of what I believe to be the flower of a caparis tree.
Thank you for your comment on my "Hey! you!". I already told you that you not only comment on my photo but analyze them as well.
By the way, I discovered that my e mail address is also to be found in my bio, so if you like, you can write me to that address and I can tell you in reply more about myself, also send you some short stories (two pages) my wife, Rachel, wrote about her stay as a little girl in a detention camp on Mautitius, translated by me to English.

Judi, I really did these, don't understand what I did/didn't do for it to post?? Grrrrrrrr...!!!
We saw this plant in the nurseries in California, but not in our neck of the woods. Is very pretty!

its extraordinary to learn about exotic plants through your eyes

Great shot! I didn't know the plant was australian - we get it here in gibraltar and it's one of my favourite floral subjects!!
