Beautiful architectural shot, with the recently painted, well-kept walls contrasting well with the run-down peeling walls at the back. Nice composition, too. I might have upped the contrast a wee bit, but of course you don't want to lose what shadow detail you have under the arch at lower right... I expect this is the very best it could look.
