Fabulous! The detail, clarity and color is perfect. The composition is pleasing to the eye and the tones are so good that I can almost smell this rose through my screen!

Thankyou all for your kind comments,Linn you are giving me a big head :) I did have a beautiful model to start with and I always think the soft window light is perfect for flowers.Margaret I did not like the gray background initially but today I added the soft vignette and it did wonders for the image.

Micky - this is outstanding quality. No, this is publisher quality! Excellent focus - those drops are crystal clear. Fantastic composition and presentation.

It is very beautiful, the colours are wonderful. I would never have thought of using a greyish background, but it so effective, particularly as it fades out and brightens towards the edge
